How many times have you heard:
“I really want to work with you but I just can’t afford it”?
Your work is in demand and you care about making it accessible. Maybe you even offer sliding scale pricing or scholarship opportunities to make that happen.
But the tension between what your audience is able to invest and what you know you need to earn has you wondering…
Is it really possible to run a sustainable business without excluding people who you want to support?
If you start thinking strategically about your business model it is!
A sustainable business model requires you to to offer something folks want at a rate they can actually pay while also keeping your business going.
So if you want to work with folks with different levels of privilege and access, figuring out a more equitable and sustainable model is a requirement, not a choice.
And yea, it takes some creativity. But when you understand the basics of strategic business modeling and offer development, it’s a lot easier.

She credits the unheard of growth to her focus on taking care of her staff and creating systems that facilitated operational excellence.
After a stop in the non profit sector where she honed her skills in process improvement, she started her consulting business and first podcast which eventually led to her career as a business coach.
Now she brings the same concepts that made her a successful manager to her work with her clients - focusing on the intersection of wellbeing and bottom line, she guides values-led lifestyle business owners to intentionally design profitable businesses around their values and their desired lifestyle.
